Brooke Walls founded MedAstin in 2001. Her mission, to provide practices with uniquely focused and attentive medical billing services. MedAstin's goal is to streamline practice systems, trim resource waste, increase collection revenue and most importantly, provide well defined goals and organized processes, that ease staff workload - doing it all hands on, keeping it small and personal. Today in 2017, she is succeeding in her mission. Brooke has built purposeful client relationships, created a team of well informed, eager and experienced professionals, markedly improved billing processes for the businesses she works for and experienced meaningful growth as a company. Brooke continues to manage every aspect of the business. She prioritizes her clients, remaining present on each account that filters through MedAstin - keeping keen focus on billing, insurance requirements and overall process management. Brooke is an expert at creating a billing roadmap that consistently provides a smooth working relationship between MedAstin's clients and the MedAstin team members.

Brooke has a degree in Finance from Texas State University. She has a true passion for medical billing and the services MedAstin provides - she has found the perfect balance between her need for details and the happiness she finds in customer success. Constantly self educating, training and researching, she works hard to remain one of the most intelligible sources of insurance billing in the state of Texas.
